The detox and cleansing journey goes so much smoother when you have the right tools to make the process efficient and expedient. Don’t worry! You don’t have to spend time researching and trying dozens of products or tools to find the right ones. I’ve done that work for you. Here is a list of some of my favorite tools and resources that sped up my recovery and moved me more rapidly toward a healthy state.

Water & air purifiers
In order to cleanse and detox, your body needs clean air and water more than anything else. They are ultimate necessities of life. So these two categories are at the top of my list of items to consider adding to your arsenal of detox tools.

The importance of clean water
After several years of studying toxins, the ways we get exposed, and the effects they have on our bodies, I believe more than ever that upgrading your water purification system is an absolute must! As part of my job I run toxin tests on people. You’d be shocked at how many people I test that have dangerous levels of metals (even radioactive ones!!!) as well as environmental toxins like pesticides and herbicides at high levels in their systems. And we can often relate this back to the water supply in their area when I use my resources to check the toxin levels of their water.
If you want to avoid having your toxic bucket full and overflowing, you MUST drink purified water. Distilled is best because it’s the ONLY method I know of that has been proven to remove radioactive metals and pretty much all other toxins.

I have a Berkey in my kitchen for emergencies or when the power goes out and I can’t distill. If you are on a public water supply, get the extra flouride filters too!
Organic Food
